Room to Share collects personal information reasonably required to provide its services, including the homeowner's contact details, property and household information, booking and payment information, and photographs where relevant. This information is used to manage bookings and payments, provide the agreed service, prepare documents and other materials, and communicate with the homeowner.

Room to Share does not sell personal information and will only disclose it where reasonably required to provide the service, where required by law, or with the homeowner's consent. Property photographs will not be used by Room to Share for its own marketing without separate consent.

Personal information will be retained only for as long as reasonably required for business, legal and record-keeping purposes, and clients may request access to or correction of their personal information.
